A note from the Claus' Santa & Mrs. Claus would like to give special thanks to the Grain Valley Police Department for the many years that they have escorted Santa & Mrs. Clause, and all of Santa's helpers around town. Santa's official police car, shown in the picture below, needs your help in finishing the modifications undertaken a few years ago. If you would like to show your appreciation to the Grain Valley's Police Department for all the extra service that they have provided, then please send your contribution payable to the "Grain Valley Police Department". Last year's Santa "Drive" around town was the largest to date. We saw over 1400 children and gave away over 1000 stuffed toys over the four week span!! And what fun we had! We would like to thank all of the businesses, residents and OOIDA employees who donated toys and money to help make this a success. We also want to give a big thank you to our elves - Kirstin, Aaron, Sean, John, Matt, Cami, Fred, Debbie, Dawn, Jenny and Juliet for all that they do and for sticking with us thru thick and thin (cold and snow too). Thank you Diane and Irene for all of your work behind the scene. And last but not least, thanks, Steve Gildehaus and Cam Morrison for the wonderful transportation...there's no other sleigh like ours. We hope all of Grain Valley had a very Merry Christmas and that your New Year will be the greatest ever!! See you next Christmas!!
